Revono attaches great importance to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Data we collect

Via the quote form: name, email address, phone number, information about your project (type of work, surfaces, location, timing) and, if you choose to attach them, photos.
During direct contact (email or phone): the information you send us.
Language preference: stored locally in your browser to show you the site in the right language.

Audience measurement: visit statistics via Google Analytics (deployed with Google Tag Manager) — pages viewed, traffic source, device type, country. See the Cookies section below.

Why we use it

To answer your quote request and get back to you — legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request and/or your consent.
To manage the relationship and any project that follows — legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest.

We only collect the data needed for these purposes.

Who it is shared with

Your data is never sold. It may be processed by providers who help us run the site and reply to you, acting as processors:

Resend — delivery of emails sent from the form;
Vercel — hosting of the site;
Google (Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics) — audience measurement.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, under the appropriate safeguards provided for by the GDPR.

Retention period

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, where relevant, the business relationship that follows. It is then deleted or archived in line with applicable legal obligations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@revono.be.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA) — Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — dataprotectionauthority.be.

Cookies and local storage

Local storage (localStorage): used only to remember your language preference. It is not a cookie and no data is sent to third parties.

Analytics cookies: we use Google Analytics (GA4), deployed via Google Tag Manager, to produce visit statistics. These cookies are set on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. You can also disable tracking through your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). No advertising cookie is set.

Security

We put in place reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
