Surfaces
with a soul.
Polished concrete, stucco, patinas, textured effects… When paint becomes a design statement. Walls people notice, made by hand.
How we work.
- 01 Advice & samples Together we choose the material, the shade and the effect — on real samples.
- 02 Surface preparation A perfectly flat, sound base: essential for decorative work.
- 03 Layered application Successive passes, worked by hand to achieve the desired effect.
- 04 Protection Varnish or wax depending on the room's use, to protect the material.
- 05 Clean handover We clean up and explain the day-to-day care.
The details that make it.
Craftsmanship is mostly the details you don't see. Here are a few principles we apply on every job.
- 01 It all comes down to the surface Polished concrete and stucco tolerate no flaws: you need a perfectly flat, sound, dry base. That's 70% of the work, before the material even starts.
- 02 We build the material in thin passes The look is built up in several hand-worked layers, never in one go. That's what gives the depth and the nuances.
- 03 Light sculpts the material A stucco or a patina reveals itself in raking light. We orient the direction of the passes to the room's lighting.
- 04 Real, full-size samples A decorative finish changes radically with the light and the surface. We always make a full-size sample before starting the wall.
- 05 Protection makes the material last Wax for softness, varnish for damp or heavily used rooms (bathroom, worktop). Without protection, the material marks.
- 06 Respect the time between coats Each pass must be dry — and sometimes sanded — before the next. Rushing shows directly in the final look.

What to know up front.
The practical points that make the job simpler — and the result better. Another question? Just ask, we always answer.
Which material for which room?
Polished concrete for wet rooms and worktops, stucco for a warm living room, patinas on furniture… We guide you by the room's use and the look you're after.
Does polished concrete hold up in a bathroom?
Yes, with the right protection (suitable varnish). Properly applied and protected, it's even ideal in a shower or as a splashback.
Do we see a sample before starting?
Always. A decorative material changes a lot with the light: we make a full-size sample at your place, which we approve together before doing the wall.
Is it uniform like ordinary paint?
No, and that's intentional: nuances and movement are the charm of a handmade finish. If you want a perfectly smooth, uniform look, we'll tell you straight.
How is it maintained?
Simply: a soft cloth, and sometimes a wax feed depending on the finish. We explain the right care at handover.
